Body and Age Analysis 

Take a good look at your body. Ask yourself if you¡¯re shorts ready. If so, lucky you, any shorts will do. If you¡¯re not so long and lean, no need to fret. There are plenty of options for you to choose from. You can also make time to fit a healthy lifestyle of eating foods that are good for you and hitting the gym into your daily routine.  

So, you¡¯re over 40 and have a Demi-body. Great, but that also means that you should keep it age appropriate. Don¡¯t go for short shorts; leave that for the 30 and under.

Capri¡¯s: A favorite of many fashionistas worldwide. Capri¡¯s are perfect for the person who isn¡¯t really into shorts. They are slim and show very little skin. A great pair of wedge heel shoes would look fabulous with these. Fitted capri¡¯s look great on slim silhouettes. If you aren¡¯t comfortable in form fitting capri¡¯s, go for a looser fit. 

Colors and Fabrics

Shorts come in all kinds of fabrics from cotton to jean. It¡¯s completely acceptable to wear all colors from red, yellow to green (not in jean though).
