The ban on silicone implants has been lifted; however, there are still a lot of concerns regarding the safety of silicone implants. Saline implants are usually considered safer, although many people do not think they look as natural. 

Many women are very satisfied after getting breast enlargement surgery. However, some women regret the surgery after encountering negative effects on their health and appearance. Women who are considering undergoing breast enlargement surgery should weigh the pros and cons very carefully. Surgeons should be researched very thoroughly; a less experienced surgeon should not be chosen just to save money. Even if everything goes well, women should be prepared for some initial pain and a little scarring.
