If you are planning to start a diet, one of the first steps is generally cutting back on calories for every meal. This can be quite daunting, especially for those who are used to scarfing down meals containing something along the lines of 600-calorie burgers, with fries, washed down with a soda. However, lower calorie doesn't always have to mean tiny plates of food, as the Diet-Blog has recently shown on their site. They have an excellent visual representation of what 300-400 calorie meals can look like, which may be a good starting point for those looking to eliminate some extra calories from their meals. As always, consult with your doctor first, but I do recommend checking them out for some inspiration.(Thanks, James!)
