Asian Condiments GalorePosted Nov 27th 2005 3:14PM by James Yu The Cook's Thesaurus has a nice page detailing Asian condiments. Each is accompanied by close-up pictures of the sauce and a short paragraph listing the various names that the particular condiment might go by. It is by no means a complete list, but it does hit a lot of the main condiments that are great in spicing up your daily Asian inspired dishes. More importantly, it also gives instructions on making substitutes when you don't have a particular condiment on hand. |
