While we certainly think that any standard cocktail is just fine for happy hour (or maybe that's just me), for Valentine's Day, we want to go with something a little more indulgent, a little more decandent.Obviously, it has to include chocolate.The Godiva Peppermint Kiss is perfect for today. Chocolate is a luxurious treat and fairly standard during Valentine's Day, mint is key for getting ready for the goodnight kiss, and best of all? There's nothing in the cocktail but liqueur! Godiva Peppermint Kiss Pour 1 oz. each of Godiva Chocolate Liqueur and Rumple Minze over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a spring of mint (if you do that, that is).[via: TheBar.com]
