41. What a moron...Just last night I watched 'No Reservations', the show taped in Portland, Oregon. In it, he frolicks about a trendy doughnut emporium, singing the delights of such unique offerings as bacon-topped maple bars and Froot Loop encrusted cakes!. Really nice added touch by chain-smoking throughtout the show, Tony. Yo! 42. I dislike both parties being discussed here...both seem obnoxious...Bourdain is a snob and seems bitter when it comes to the success of other "chefs." Of course, Rachel Ray is not a chef and she says this often...the only reason she is famous is because she is so well liked by the public...as for her deal with DD...who cares...she is not a proponent of "healthy" eating...she makes all kinds and foods and never preaches about what you should and should not eat...if YOU were offered millions to do a 30 second ad for DD, would YOU turn it down? 43. If Bourdian was a cute little chubbins with a big 44. There was a time when I didn't care for most of the cooking shows, especially Rachel. Her flying hands were way too distracting! But my teenage son is a food network addict, and has gotten interested in cooking, which we can do together, and has started trying new foods, something I could never talk him into before. Yes, these people have influence over kids that watch them, but parents have to have more influence, and if they are right there next to their kids, they should. If I though Rachel was going to convince him to make donuts a staple of his diet, or Anthony was going to get him started on cigarettes and booze, I'd cancel directv today! But thankfully I know my child better than that, as all parents shuld. 45. For number 3....krispy kreme donuts are stale. Dunkin Donuts are made fresh every 4 hours Are you on crack as well as Bourdain? 46. What the hell is wrong with people these days when they don't understand that everyone works for money. So what if Rachael takes the money and goes on her happy little way if you had a huge endorsment like that I bet you wouldn't be whining so much. Also she does say to moderate everything and I know this because I watch the show. It has good cooking ideas for the people who are'nt loaded like Emeril or this fat Mario guy people spoke of. Now keep in mind I'm only an 18 year old boy but something tells me parents would rather have another crappy cooking show that give their children cooking ideas than another reality show with celebrities who get away with everything. I mean I can't be to sure. As for all you Dunkin Donut haters you're clearly mentally unstable because dunkin donuts peanut donut is the best donut ever made. 47. don't you know, though, that at least once a day, RR's husband has to tell her to shut the hell up ? 48. Actually, if you have ever seen any of the Dunkin commercials with Rachel Ray in them, they were advertising the coffee, NOT donuts. I don't remember seeing one donut in the ad at all, nor did they seem geared towards children. Give me a break, comparing donuts to crack is ridiculous!!! 49. I truly hate Anthony Bourdain. I have hated him since he had his own show on Food Network. I'm not shocked he doesn't have a Food Network show anymore. There aren't too many people in the world who LOVE TO HEAR SOMEONE BAD MOUTH EVERYONE! I cannot stand it when he makes appearances on Top Chef. It's very shocking when he actually says something nice. About the only thing I can say about Anthony is that he will try / taste just about anything. 50. I have to agree with Jennifer. It's all about the coffee and actually a play on how HYPER Rachael tends to be. They are saying... It's the DD coffee that makes her so hyper. She has a bagel and coffee, by the way. not a donut. 51. C'mon Anthony - you've eaten too many yak eyeballs. An endorsement for Dunkin Doughnuts is probably not the wisest move in the world, except for her bank account, but it doesn't really make her evil. ( I watch Bourdain's "No Reservations" regularly, and always enjoy it. I also enjoy his candid comments and opinions, even if I don't always agree) 52. Don't blame Ray for your children being Fat...That isnt her job...but the childrens parents...besides everything in moderation...My son has a donut every now & then and he isnt fat..he's a healthy child. 53. Who the hell is Anthony Bourdain?? Never heard of him. 54. Ok, let's blame Rachel for all the obese kids in the world. Let's not look at Mom and Dad and the easy access to all the junk fook. Back off her, if you don't like her, here is a hint DON'T WATCH HER. I didn't think it took a rocket scientist to figure this out, but apparently it does. 55. Dunkin Doughnuts are bland in comparison to Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Everyone knows Rachael did it for the money. I doubt her endorsement increases sales. The company defintely wasted their money on her. 58. Has anyone ever noticed the amount of flies that are congregating on the doughnuts at Dunkin Donuts? It really is sickening! The should devise some sort of anti-fly donut shield or something. I really don't want to eat fly secretions. Just a thought. 59. Yo Bordini I always thought you were a jerk and still due to this day you do not have one tenth the skill Rachel Ray in cooking or on T.V. you are truly a Joke to the food industry get lost already 60. Ya know I really like Anthony Bourdain. I sort of think of him as the Dr. House of chefs. He has that snarky sarcastic way about him that I enjoy. I also watch Rachael Ray & Sandra Lee, but I have to admit I felt like cringing when Sandra Lee scooped out the insides of a store bought pumpkin pie, put it in a piping bag, and piped it into little tart shells. I mean, come on...that's not even cooking. |
