The 28-year-old master’s student will display his work at the end of the year at Bangkok’s Silpakorn University. The son of a family of bakers, Unarrom first began his artistic career painting portraits. He then moved to sculpting in mixed media, and then made the jump to bread. Unarrom says he hopes his lifelike baked goods will make viewers and tasters focus on the nature of appearances and the act of eating. |
