21. Thank my Mom (God rest her soul) for this one. Smooth peanut butter with sliced Granny Smith apple. Delicious and crunchy too. 22. Peanut butter on two apple cinnamon rice -cakes, fluff topped with raisins are DIVINE , you can substitute the rice cakes with bread. 23. No pb sandwich is complete without a sprinkle of curry powder! 24. When we were kids, my brother ate PB and mayo on a daily basis. The memory of him eating in the car after school still triggers my gag reflex -- even the smell is awful. 25. No list of PB sandwichs is complete without the classic Bacon Tomato and Peanut Butter. Best made with homegrown summer tomatoes and chunky peanut butter (although good with smooth too...). Mayo is recommended (next to the tomato), with PB next to the bacon. Yum! 26. Here's the PERFECT PB&J Sandwhich... 38. Nope--it's not an urban legend. I heard about peanut butter and pickles from reading V.I. Warshowski (sp) mystery novels. I finally decided to try them for myself. 39. Peanut Butter has been a staple in my household for many years. My favorite is a blop of Peanut Butter (creamy or crunchy, your choice) in the middle of a plate, pour on enough maple suryp to mix into a medium mixture. Take a hot biscut, break off a piece and drag it through the middle of the mixture, lean over the plate and poke that morsul in your mouth and feel the big smile come across your lips as you have found the best desert ever. Makes you wanta yell "Eureka" (I have found it). Happy eating. 40. And then there's my 2nd fav..... |
