Lately these have been blends that include more than one ingredient, a fact born out by a study I just came across. Yes, that's right kids, someone out there gets paid to track new ice cream flavors. How cool is that?Productscan just released a list of the Top 10 flavors in new ice cream launches worldwide for the 12 months ending April 2007 Blend led the pack, but traditionalists who aren't fans ice cream makers that load down their pints with all manner of wacky ingredients needn't worry too much. Chocolate scored a solid position at number two. It was followed by vanilla and strawberry. Number 10 is a new arrival to the list, mango, which tied with a classic flavor, fudge.
