Chocolate & Zucchini goes to El BulliPosted Aug 20th 2006 5:03PM by Sarah J. Gim Filed under: Dinner, Restaurants, On the Blogs, Europe We're no strangers to El Bulli, the restaurant/lab of Ferran Adria, but since it is highly unlikely that I will ever get there to try it myself (I don't can't fly), I resign myself to reading about others' experiences and drooling over the food porn. Clotilde of Chocolate and Zucchini made a recent trip to the restaurant, and recounts the story of her six-hour, 35-course meal there. Of course, the most important thing is that she snapped a photo of every delicious, sometimes disturbingly scientific, course. Clotilde also gives some practical tips at the end of her post about costs, making reservations, getting to Roses, Spain where the restaurant is located, and lodging.
